GroupWays automatically tracks all expenses and calculates who owes what. You can split costs equally, by percentage, or custom amounts. Settle up with secure, integrated payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use bank-level encryption and are PCI compliant. Your payment information is never stored on our servers—we use secure payment processors like Stripe.
Can I use GroupWays for free?
Yes. The free plan includes up to two trips, and the first trip you create gets the full Premium and Pro experience—polls, custom categories, multi-currency, advanced planning, and unlimited participants on that trip. On later trips, standard free limits apply unless you upgrade.
How many people can join a trip?
On your first organized trip, invite as many people as you like. When you finish trip prep on the free plan, groups of up to three participants are included; four or more require Premium, Pro, or a monthly plan. Paid plans support unlimited participants on every trip.
Can I book flights and hotels through GroupWays?
Premium and Pro include booking integration for every trip. Your first organized trip on a free account includes the same access so you can try it end to end.
What if someone doesn't pay their share?
GroupWays tracks all expenses and shows who owes what. You can send reminders and use our built-in messaging to follow up. For Premium users, we offer payment tracking and automated reminders.
