By accessing or using Group Ways, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Permission is granted to temporarily use Group Ways for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
For paid plans, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a per-trip or monthly basis, depending on your selected plan.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages, you agree to receive automated text messages from Group Ways related to:
Message Frequency and Charges:
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive messages when you are invited to a trip, when payments are due or completed, or when important account events occur.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Group Ways does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging rates. Message frequency depends on your account activity.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from Group Ways. You understand that:

After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while we process your request. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to use Group Ways services, but you may miss important trip updates and payment reminders.

Group Ways is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability and policies. Some carriers may not support all message types or may filter certain messages.
Group Ways complies with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) requirements. We are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and follow industry best practices for SMS messaging.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through Group Ways. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You are responsible for your content and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant us the license described above.
You may not use Group Ways:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
The materials on Group Ways are provided on an 'as is' basis. Group Ways makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Group Ways or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Group Ways, even if Group Ways or a Group Ways authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
